Eat like a king in our private conservatory. The Maharajas were famed for their flamboyant lifestyles. They lived in marble palaces, rode elephants encrusted with jewels and threw legendary banquets for thousands of guests. We can throw a private party for up to 30 people in our conservatory and even though we can’t promise elephants, we really do know how to lay on a feast!

Cooking with Mili

Concerned over a myth of the British people thinking Indian cooking is complicated and it requires a lot of ingredients, Sanjay has teamed up with his wife Mili and does demonstrations of Indian Home Cooking at Thyme and Chilles restaurant at the Black Horse, Birdham. You can also arrange a private demonstration at the restaurant or in your own kitchen at home.
  • Demonstrations available Monday to Thursday only.
  • Lunch Time 12pm to 3pm.
